Get Flourished?
Team coaching
Our most requested service is team coaching. We work with your whole team in regular sessions so you are all focused on the same stuff at the same time – whether that’s patient communication, team harmony, internal marketing or something else equally fabulous. If short term commitment is more your thing, we also offer as little as one month’s worth of Flourishing at a time, for those little tidy ups that make such a big difference.
CA Recruitment
Even our CA recruitment service is upgraded. We now offer some options – this time 'round, you can opt for us to take care of business for you, or we'll teach you the entire process in an engaging workshop so you can DIY. You heard correctly – we’re just going to hand the entire box of tricks over to you so you can make your own magic.
Professional development
Is your team a bit disjointed in terms of professional development? We often find that the chiropractors get the good gigs at philosophy seminars and clinical events whilst the CA’s are left out in the cold. We offer short and long workshops designed specifically to inspire CA’s and keep them current with industry updates, patient communication strategies, vitalistic concepts and other essentials related to chiropractic. We’ve also got a couple of ‘management’ themed workshops for team leaders (that's you, Principle Chiropractors) and practice managers – we ‘heart’ leadership!
